About Langit Wealth
A Considered Institution for Later-Life Finance
Langit Wealth exists to provide Singapore residents with the structured financial education that the years after forty often require.
← Back to HomeOur Story
Founded on a simple observation
Langit Wealth was established in Singapore after its founding team observed a consistent gap in the financial education available to residents in their forties and fifties. The courses and resources that existed were either designed for younger audiences building early wealth, or marketed to retirees already drawing down assets. The middle period — when the decisions about CPF elections, SRS contributions, insurance review, and investment consolidation actually needed to be made — was poorly served.
The company took its name from the Malay word for sky — a reference to the clear, unobstructed thinking that we believe good financial education should produce. The aim is not to overwhelm participants with options or to push them toward products. The aim is clarity.
Since opening our Robinson Road offices, we have helped participants from a range of professional backgrounds conduct considered reviews of their financial position. The courses draw on Singapore's specific regulatory and institutional landscape — CPF, SGX, MAS guidelines, and the social insurance frameworks that are particular to this country.
We remain a small organisation by design. Our instructors are selected for their ability to teach, not merely their credentials. Sessions are kept to manageable sizes so that discussion is genuinely possible.
Our Mission
To give Singapore residents in the decade before retirement the financial knowledge they need to make well-considered decisions — without pressure, without product recommendations, and without oversimplification.

Standards We Follow
Our Operating Principles
MAS-Compliant Delivery
All course content is reviewed for compliance with MAS guidelines on financial education and the boundaries of regulated advice. Participants receive factual information, not product recommendations.
PDPA Data Handling
Participant information is collected and stored in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Data is not shared with financial product providers or third-party marketers.
Documented Curriculum
Each course has a written curriculum reviewed annually. Participants receive a full programme outline before enrolment so they understand precisely what each session covers.
Licensed Instructors Only
All instructors carry current licences relevant to the subject matter they teach. Licences are renewed and verified annually. Guest contributors are similarly vetted.
No Product Solicitation
Neither Langit Wealth nor its instructors recommend, sell, or receive commissions on any financial product. This separation is a founding principle and is maintained strictly.
Annual Content Review
CPF policies, SGX regulations, and insurance frameworks change. Course materials are reviewed each year against current MAS and CPF Board publications to ensure accuracy.
Expertise & Context
Financial education built for Singapore's specific landscape
Singapore's retirement framework is distinct from those of other countries. The CPF system, with its Ordinary, Special, MediSave, and Retirement accounts, has its own logic, its own payout tiers, and its own set of decisions that residents must make at specific ages. Understanding when and how to elect CPF LIFE, how to approach the Full Retirement Sum and Enhanced Retirement Sum thresholds, and how the SRS complements CPF planning requires study that goes beyond a single online article.
Similarly, the SGX operates differently from other Asian exchanges. The prevalence of S-REITs, the structure of Singapore-listed ETFs, and the specific fee structures of local brokerage accounts require a focused study — not a general introduction to investing that treats all markets as equivalent.
Langit Wealth's courses are written from this starting point. The content is detailed because the subject matter is detailed. Participants who attend with genuine attention will leave with working knowledge that applies directly to their own household — not theoretical frameworks borrowed from another market or another generation.
